Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who is dependable and has the desire to gain good IT and customer service experience. This position will assist with the responsibilities below:


- Provide good IT/Help Desk troubleshooting skills - Perform Hardware/Software installations - Help with the everyday maintenance of the technology (PCs, Projectors, Doc Cams, Printers etc.) -The ability to troubleshoot Hardware and Software on different platforms

The selected candidate will earn $10.00/hr and work 20/hrs a week (more as needed during breaks).

Required Qualifications

This position must be able to work evening shifts and weekends. Candidate must have excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Some Additional Desired Skills:
Windows Server 2003, 2008 WINDOWS XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Mac OS X, Office 2010/2013/2016, Deepfreeze, etc.
