Job Description

Under the direction of the Director, NCED, the Associate Project Coordinator provides general NCED program support and is responsible for the coordination and implementation of project activities and for marketing and community outreach. The position is responsible for data entry, generation of reports for assigned project(s), and program records maintenance and destruction. The position typically reports to a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or Senior Manager. The Associate Project Coordinator is responsible for helping families accomplish all personal goals related to this project as well as follow up on all communication, paperwork and outcomes of the focus individuals in the Southern region (Las Vegas, NV) of the State of Nevada for the Positive Behavior Support Nevada grant project in the Nevada Center for Excellence in Disabilities.

This position is located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of one year of professional experience working in a closely related field or for family members or self-advocates a minimum of one year of significant life experiences with disabilities and/or training that provides a needed prospective for projects within the Nevada Center for Excellence in Disabilities; OR a Master’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Fluent in Spanish, as well as, English.
