Job Description

This position reports to the Athletics Video Coordinator. Students will videotape various events, including all football games and practices, and home games for men’s basketball, women’s basketball, volleyball, and soccer. Students will alternate between shooting video for coaching analysis and ESPN-style highlights. Students will learn how to operate state-of-the-art equipment, including the XOS Thunder video editing system. Students must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays. They must not be afraid of heights and must be willing to work in the elements (rain, snow, etc.).

Required Qualifications

A working knowledge of sports, especially football, is required. Have a willingness to learn how to use the equipment. We will train eager, dedicated students. Students must be willing to make an August through May commitment.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working with video equipment is preferred.
