Job Description

This position will be responsible for assisting with data entry management, account reconciliation and basic budgeting, executive assistance, generation of correspondence, file maintenance, filing, clerical support, scanning, photocopying, (including confidential information) and assisting with department events and special projects, and other duties as assigned.

Hours: up to 30 hours per week, typically during Monday-Friday

Required Qualifications

-Ability to speak English clearly and interact professionally with students, faculty, and co-workers

-Ability to complete forms and other tasks accurately and in a timely manner

-Recent experience using computers, email, and electronic calendars in a business setting

-Recent experience using a multi-function high-capacity copier

-Current Nevada driver’s license

-High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience completing State of Nevada or University of Nevada forms
-Some experience with basic budgeting
